Purpose of activity
Creation and development of a system of simulation medical centers aimed at developing and confirming the professional competences of medical and social workers.
Satisfaction and protection of legal, social, social, economic, intellectual, creative, cultural and other rights, freedoms and common interests of Union members.
Facilitating the creation of a single space for operators implementing activities in the functioning of simulation centers in Ukraine, comprehensive support and their integration into the system of providing medical, social and rehabilitation services with the aim of improving the sphere of healthcare and social protection of Ukraine.
Promoting the development of the system of increasing the professional level and competences in the sphere of health care and social protection of Ukraine.
Definition and objectives
Simulation training should become a mandatory component in professional training that uses a model of professional activity to enable each learner to perform a professional activity or an element thereof in accordance with professional standards and/or procedures (rules) for the provision of medical care.
Simulation training should be carried out by specially trained full-time instructors (teachers-trainers, training masters), who together with practicing specialists (experts) will create and accumulate baggage of various scenarios, conduct methodical work, and together with technical workers (technicians and engineers) will develop and maintain training tools (software, computers, simulators, simulators, phantoms, models and professional equipment) in working (safe) condition, based on a system of engineering and technical maintenance and supply of consumables.
If the simulation training system is functioning properly,
the health care system participants will achieve the following goals:

improving the quality of training of young specialists, monitoring the quality of the work of practicing specialists. Also, we can expect savings of funds spent on the training of specialists due to the reduction of training time, as well as savings due to the improvement of the quality of medical care.
